In January 2012, with the support of Relative Space and the City of Toronto, IDS presented the third annual installment of Conversations In Design -- Trailblazers and Trendspotters. This year's symposium welcomed some of the most brilliant minds of the international design industry; a medley of acclaimed architects, interior designers, manufacturers, retailers, critics and curators who shared their experiences and insights on what they look for when they curate, manufacturer, collect, or commission contemporary design. The symposium was very well received by an engaged audience of Toronto's top design industry professionals.
